Silk Road Route Guide
The Silk Road is one of the most important routes located in Europe and parts of Asia. This route is used for both travel and trade. The route was established around 200 BCE and is still used at times today. The trade route was given the name Silk Road in 1877 because of the large quantity of silk being traded. There are multiple types of trade routes that travelers can go. On certain routes there are tour guides and it is highly recommended that visitors have a guide with them so they do not get lost.
